Gentle warm up moving on to stronger standing postures, some floor work, kneeling, lying or seated ending with Relaxation or Seated Meditation.
One hour long, via Zoom, invitation / link to be sent by Julia once booking confirmed.
You can do more than one per week, and change to suit your calendar.
