Gentle warm up moving on to stronger standing postures, some floor work, kneeling, lying or seated ending with Relaxation or Seated Meditation.

Membership to club required.
Club’s COVID rules to be strictly followed.
All levels welcome.
All classes require a yoga mat, however, if you are without one you’re welcome to borrow, or purchase, one from Julia.
Covid Requirements
Class size reduced to 12 people max.
2m spacing – 1 entry / 1 exit.
Masks to be worn upon arrival & exit.
Windows are always open, please dress accordingly.
