70 minute long group class with guidance from Julia.
Gentle warm up moving on to stronger standing postures, some floor work, kneeling, lying or seated ending with Relaxation or Seated Meditation.
Pre-paid £12 per class – contact Julia to pre-pay.
Or drop-in £15 per class.
Entry Requirements
Open to the general public.
All levels welcome.
All classes require a yoga mat, however, if you are without one you’re welcome to borrow, or purchase, one from Julia.
