Description
Gentle warm up moving on to stronger standing postures, some floor work, kneeling, lying or seated ending with Relaxation or Seated Meditation.
Class Structure
75 minutes long.
Entry Requirements
Private group class.
COVID rules to be strictly followed.
All levels welcome.
All classes require a yoga mat, however, if you are without one you’re welcome to borrow, or purchase, one from Julia.
Covid Requirements
Class size reduced.
2m spacing – 1 entry / 1 exit.
Masks to be worn upon arrival & exit.
Windows are always open, please dress accordingly.
